"I’m going to be brutally honest here, the girl working the front desk was so sweet and we loved her. We got to our room, it wasn’t clean, BUT it wasn’t the kind of dirty that had bugs everywhere, it was just like hair and dirt and stuff like that. That being said this is a pet friendly hotel so it not being the cleanest is expected. I went to go give my baby a bath and noticed we didn’t have a tub, only a huge walk in shower (handicapped accessible) when I went back out and mentioned to staff that my baby desperately needed a bath and asked if maybe there was a room with a bath, I was told that there was nothing to be done because the last “handicapped accessible room just got rented out” meanwhile I don’t need a handicapped room… that’s what I got… I need a regular room. Anyhow, we definitely won’t stay again, but all in all it wasn’t so bad that we will look bad on it as a nightmare."
