"We enjoyed our stay overall. The swimming pool was great, the free parking was excellent, and our room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. The main disappointments were the cooked buffet breakfast, which wasn’t very good, and the bedroom TV, which took two days to fix. The rest of the breakfast was okay. The café didn’t open until midday, which wasn’t useful when we wanted something earlier."

"The property was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and parking was good. Checking out late was easy to arrange. Good amenities, centrally located, good value for money."

"You have the option of hopping on the tram right out the front! Or if you prefer things are within walking distance. Room was clean and tidy and has been renovated, the bathroom is beautifully renovated but the downside of the bathroom is that the shower water doesn’t run down the drain, it goes all over the bathroom floor, making it a slipping hazard. Using towels to keep the water at bay."

"Beautiful spot with an elevated view and a feeling like you are away from everything, yet so close to town and Byron. Grounds are very well maintained, great pool and bird life and the rooms are lovely. If in the main house, you do share with others but rooms are distanced and it feels secure due to heavy doors and the lock systems in place. There is shared areas that are really nice"

"Quirky place to stay, but I’m glad it was only for one night and a Monday. It was noisy enough without the bar below being opened. Poor design with no where to hang towels in bathroom, a shower curtain that resulted in a flooded floor and no bathroom exhaust fan. Overpriced but in a great spot. To cap it off the reception person left reception at checkout time so that multiple people were left waiting and in the end most of us just walked out leaving our keys on the desk."
