"We arrived late in the evening on Saturday and the front entrance was locked and no one was behind the front desk to let us in. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to let us in. In our bathroom, the tub drain was clogged so the bathtub kept filling with water when we showered. When we reported it to the front desk, they said they didn’t have any maintenance people available to look into it until Monday. They did give us a plunger but we had to plunge it after each person showered to get the water to drain. The person behind the desk said she would try to get me some extra Hilton points for my trouble, but that hasn’t happed. Overall it could have been a far better experience."
"The beds were like box springs and the floor joints are about to blow all I heard was a 120yr old barn house floor with regular walking in the room above.. oh and the noisy wall unit"
"We had an advanced reservation and when we arrived there was no one there, all the doors were locked and empty parking.
There were no other rooms available in the area. Hotels.com had it at the top of their list and highly recommended. Very unhappy!!"
"Nice pet friendly place to stay for one night. They are remodeling. It’s a bit of a small hotel. There isn’t much too it but it’s clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was really good. There isn’t much of an area to walk your dog unfortunately."
"We stayed here just passing through. The beds were clean, though there were small cigarette burns on some of the sheets. The rooms were secure and the premises quiet on the Friday night we stayed. We rented 2 rooms and one of them appeared to have mildew on the vent in the bathroom. One of the rooms we initially got did not have a properly flushing toilet and was missing a light bulb. When we told the front desk they promptly changed us to a different room that was proper. While there was good water pressure, the tubs were old and stained. The toilet seats were the small round old-fashioned type. The whole place felt pretty run down, old, and in need of serious rennovation.
There is an in-ground outdoor pool but it wasn't open yet. Breakfast was only waffles and frozen sausage biscuits, which worked for the kids but the wife and I are gluten free so we had to get something elsewhere. The lady who checked us out was friendly and professional."
