"Very friendly staff everywhere ,I could mention a few (alibaba ,Suleiman, the waiters animation front desk they are all a good team).the Villas are perfectly designed and decorated .they compound is kept clean all through. What I wasn’t really pleased was the variety of foods, I missed local foods on the daily basis ! The drinks on all inclusive were terrible especially the juices ."

"Setting was lovely as were the staff. The food was very good but the room was very basic. Very small, no chair and nowhere to put luggage, only on the floor which was difficult and a trip hazard. Our outside space was great but our room was under the kitchen which was very noisy. Overall way too expensive for what we got."

"We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning."

"The staff at Sand Beach was AMAZING! They made my solo trip fabulous and easy. The rooms were great and cleaned every day. The onsite food was fresh and tasty. Pool area was picturesque. 100% loved my stay. Absolutely recommend. "

"The details , everything was what I wanted . The owner , the staff everyone were so friendly. The food was amazing. The vibes and the music was.on point . I am definitely coming back. This time for a longer while . I love it 💕"

Chambre: pas assez de ventilation! Déception réelle sur le confort du bungalow mais parties communes très agréables. Piscine entretenue. Très beau cadre, typique."

Eneste minus var badeværelset, som var uden afskærmet brusekabine og bestemt ikke lever op til standarden for et godt hotel. "Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. "Great hotel at the beach. Nice staff and great facilities. Breakfast and diner were very good. We had a great time relaxing and lying on the beach. There is not much to do in Uroa, but the hotel offers a lot of great excursions to explore Zanzibar (though they are a bit pricy)."

"Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!"

The villa was beautifully designed, combining luxury with lush greenery and a variety of trees that created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. As a wildlife enthusiast and photographer, I was thrilled to spot incredible species right from the resort grounds, including a Zanzibar Red Colobus monkey, a Red Squirrel, and the stunning Woodland Kingfisher.
