O hotel é incrivelmente maravilhoso!!! Não encontramos nem se quer um ponto negativo. Atendimento muito bom, quarto limpíssimo, banheiro espaçoso com um chuveiro top. Cama confortável, internet funcionou em qualquer área do hotel. Café da manhã com variedade para atender a todos os gostos. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem com uma vista linda!!!!! Estacionamento (são dois), ou seja, sem chances do carro ficar na rua. Como disse zero reclamações. Parabéns a toda equipe que mantém tudo merecendo nota 1.000!!!!

Vista muito privilegiada. Fácil acesso à praia João Fernandes, embora tenha que enfrentar uma descida pra ir e uma subida ao voltar. Café da manhã bom. Houve falta de luz à noite por conta de uma tempestade, mas foi possível dormir tranquilo pois o quarto ainda estava fresco, mas não havia gerador. Em contrapartida, o que foi positivo, isso não foi empecilho para que montassem o café da manhã de domingo que, inclusive, foi melhor que o de sábado.

El hotel es lindo y bastante básico, cumple con lo necesario para una estadía corta. El wifi funciona bien y el aire acondicionado enfría muchísimo, punto muy a favor. Ahora, el gran tema: las escaleras. Para llegar a la habitación hay que subir 71 escalones. No es una exageración. Llegás cansado, y si bajás a desayunar y te olvidaste algo en la habitación… es para arrepentirse seriamente. No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida ni para quienes no quieran hacer ejercicio obligatorio 😅. La limpieza en general es buena, aunque un día no limpiaron la habitación. Al reclamar, en recepción (donde se deja la llave) respondieron que había que avisar si queríamos limpieza, lo cual resulta extraño, ya que justamente dejar la llave suele implicar eso. La ubicación es buena, pero hay que tener en cuenta que Búzios tiene muchos morros, así que prepárense para caminar bastante y en subida. El desayuno está bien, correcto, continental como corresponde, sin lujos pero cumple. En resumen: buen hotel si buscás algo simple, bien ubicado y funcional, siempre y cuando no te molesten las escaleras.

Escolhi um quarto acima do standart. Arrependi da escolha, pois para acessar o quarto há 7 lances de escadas à partir da portaria, sendo 2 lances na parte externa, sujeitos a chuvas. Como somos idosos temos mais dificuldade para subir. A limpeza é boa, a cama confortável. Não fomos recepcionados por ninguém na chegada. Tivemos que procurar pela recepção e por mais informações. Tem uma rampa para entrada do hotel. Deixamos o carro embaixo e subimos a pé. Só na recepção descobrimos que o carro poderia subir. Eu não voltarei.

Adorei o hotel, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado! A vista é maravilhosa e conseguimos ir a pé para a praia e centro. Não é muitooo perto, mas da pra ir uns 15 minutos andando. Tivemos um problema com o quarto( um problema que eu criei, nada o hotel tinha com isso) e o Júnior da recepção foi super solícito nos levou pra conhecer os quartos e ajudou muito a resolver. Obrigada pretendemos voltar! Ps: drinks deliciosos!

SUPER INDICO O ILHA BRANCA EXCLUSIVE HOTEL

Hotel simplesmente incrível. Todos os funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos, principalmente o Junior e o Milton. Apesar da quantidade de escada para chegar ao quarto, a vista do mar e o tamanho do quarto compensam. Serviço de quarto sensacional. O café da manhã delicioso. O hotel fica perto de tudo. Nota 10.
