Lindo hotel na orla bardot

Hotel incrível. Otimo localizaçao na orla Bardot, otimo cafe da manha a la carte, funcionarios muitas educados e prestativos, hotel muito bonito também. Sem dúvida me hospedarei novamente quando voltar a Buzios.

We had a wonderful stay at Byblos! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Cássia, and throughout our stay, we were delighted by the view, the breakfast, and the excellent service from Eduardo, Roberto, and Gabriel. Trata-se de uma pousada muito bem localizada bem perto da Rua das Pedras. Bastante confortável, ótimo atendimento, excelente café da manhã e uma vista maravilhosa da orla Bardot.

A melhor pousada…com certeza, atendimento maravilhoso. A pousada é muito linda, e tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego os quartos limpinhos e muito cheirosos. Fui comemorar o aniversário da minha filha lá, tinha levado as velas e um dia antes comentei se podiam colocar as velas em algo no café da manhã, eles prontamente se oferecerem pra fazer um bolinho e colocar as velas. Foi perfeito🙏 A localização é muito boa. Amamos os dias que passamos lá. Obrigada por tudo❤️

I took my mom there for Mother’s Day weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff were super friendly, the food and drinks at the hotel were 10/10 and the pool area was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to a few different hotels in Buzios but this one was the best!

Localização e vista incrível!

Localização incrível, com saída para a orla Bardot, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. Pousada com uma vista espetacular l, principalmente no por do sol. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento impecável. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável, com as toalhas mais cheirosas que já vimos. Voltaremos com certeza pois valeu muito a pena, a pousada foi o ponto alto da nossa viagem

Pousada excelente, vista da orla bardot sensacional, café da manhã dos melhores que já experimentei, apenas não gostei do quarto onde fui colocado, muito próximo da recepção e por isso com bastante barulho, mas no geral gostei muito da estadia. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática.

Pontos Positivos: Ótima localização na frente da Orla Bardot; Linda vista da piscina para o mar; Fica a uma curta caminhada da Rua das Pedras; Funcionários educados e prestativos; Café da manhã saboroso. Pontos Negativos: Pouquíssimas vagas de estacionamento para hóspedes, e se parar na rua existe cobrança de estacionamento; Quartos antigos precisando reforma e atualização; Tem muitas escadas para acessar quartos, logo não é uma pousada indicada para pessoas que possuam dificuldade com escadas ou locomoção; As escadas dificultam muito para carregar as malas até o quarto.

Pousada boa e bem localizada.

Pousada muito boa e bem localizada. Atendimento de todos os funcionários impecável. Pratos preparados na cozinha muito bons, em todos o sentidos. Precisa melhorar/atualizar: 1) Serviços de Café da Manhã - apesar da boa qualidade dos produtos, faltam opções e, por ser servido sob demanda, limita bastante as escolhas, pecando ainda pela manutenção exatamente das mesmas opções de frutas, pães, frios, etc. todos os dias (durante os 12 dias que nos hospedamos); 2) Condições do apartamento (407): precisando substituir o colchão, pouco confortável, portas de fechamento/abertura do armário e banheiro (conjugadas) de difícil manuseio, muito pesadas e emperram sempre, ar condicionado com saída direta sobre a cama e condensadora posicionada na varanda, sendo impossível o uso da varanda quando se refrigera o apartamento (fica extremamente quente o ambiente da varanda). Chuveiro também precisa ser modernizado, principalmente melhorando o fluxo de água, muito limitado e fraco; 3) Ambiente da piscina precisa te manutenção do piso e melhorar a limpeza da piscina.
