"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"This is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. It was very close to the main area but not loud at all. Everything was a short walk away. The staff at reception were especially helpful!"
