"We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. Stuff didn't...

"Spacious and clean room. Large bed. The bathroom was clean but there only was one towel and not enough toiletpapier so I had to ask more. Staff was friendly."

"The WiFi connection is very weak and drops the connection Al the time. The remote control for the tv is missing a battery. A positive thing is that the employees are friendly, but it would help if more employees speak English. Another positive thing is that there is a CU shop directly connected to the lobby of the hotel. "

"Room is big and relatively new, but the bathroom design looks funny and no place to hang towels and cloths. TV channel difficult to set. Breakfast very simple and everyday the same and some days not even has chicken. Boring and foods are well prepared with sand/soil on green leaves, rotten apples served, etc..."
