"Hotel was great, breakfast was good ,perfect stay only issue was the house keeper on my floor, I had just checked in and order Uber eats for pizza to my door and I tipped the delivery driver and the housekeeper Lisa comes around to my door and tells out “you better be tipping me like that too since I’m the one who cleaned your room” as we just checked in , the next day we asked for a trash bag and she proceeds to tell us again to make sure we leave a good tip , the day of check out we ask for another trash bag and made sure our room was clean and well put together before we left and on our way out she came to our door and demanded we left a big tip even though we hadn’t even left the door yet , another housekeeper heard all the times she came to demand tip and apologized for her behavior , I let front desk know about it because as a guest and manager at a hotel in a whole different state I DONT take that demanding tip behavior to the guest acceptable , especially as soon as we check in telling us daily till the day of check out , thank you for reading my message but over hotel was great "

"Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. My room had 2 beds. One had a live roach walking on it. I called the front desk and a man with an heavy Indian accent answered. First he had problem understanding what a cockroach was and when I asked for another room, he said that he would call me back. I am still waiting on that call. After a long drive I was loathe to leave and look for another room so I stayed and left in the wee hours of the morning. I hope that roach was the only other occupant in that room. Only time will tell. Also it’s very difficult to find the access road to that hotel. I missed it twice. "
