"Everything about my stay was great until I was checking out. I went to my vehicle to load my luggage and my battery was dead. I approached Josh at the front desk and asked if there was someone that could give me a jump; mind you I carry jumper cables with me. He told me that he didn’t have his vehicle there which I understood, but when I asked if he could reach out to any of the staff or maintenance he refused and told me to go find one of the staff members. He was rude and not very helpful at all to assisting a guest that could be a repeat guest. I forgot to ask her name but the lady with the blonde hair that was attending the breakfast area on Sunday, August 24 was extremely friendly, accommodating and went out of her way to assist me."

This property is very well maintained, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Had my wife been with me we would have had issues with where to put everything. Staff (PJ) was very friendly & helpful. I'll most likely stay there next time I go to Carolina Motorsports Park."
