"The room was adequate, but very dated. The air con didn't drop in temperature not through the want of trying. The bed was lovely but the pillows were a little uncomfortable. Overall for the price it was pretty much what was expected. "

"The hotel is close to Auckland Airport and has a handy shuttle. It’s also close to car rental places. We stayed the night after our flight and picked up our car the next day. The hotel has a bar and good restaurant on site. Room clean and comfortable. "

"Worst hotel i have been to, would not go there again. Walls are super thin you can hesr what happens in other rooms. Very old and run down. Staff are good. Shuttle service is good. Pillows smelled of mold and mildew. Shower is just luke warm sad does not get hot"

"Had lunch at he lobby restaurant. Appreciate the attendant taking my order but when I asked him about specifics about the food he simply said to me that he knew nothing about the food and he had never eaten at the restaurant which was a discouraging. Also the food took over a half an hour to be received. I had to get a server to provide me a time of arrival. I stayed here three times, I think I made get change to a different hotel next time. "
