"The room seemed pretty dirty upon entry. Staying there for a few days brought to light all of the issues. Stains on the sheets, scrapes on the walls, unfinished and damaged drywall, what appeared to be mold in the shower, broke tile, missing grout. All minor things that could be dealt with in a day or two. Add them all together and it just made for an unpleasant experience. The hot tub was over chlorinated. The milk at the breakfast was sour. 1 of the 7 that our family tried was okay. The other food was decent, and the staff were amazing. "

"Don't get room 210 or down that end of the hall if you care about wifi. It was terrible. The staff let me know, yet they still gave me the room..... Breakfast was spartan at best. I'm glad I brought my own. Wiping cloth left in my bathroom and toilet seat was broken. Still, the access is good, staff friendly and I truly believe they want to provide a good product."

"Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog barking next door. I did like the size of the tv but the channel selection was pathetic. We could not get a single extra towel unless we brought one down to exchange, and I could go on and on, not to mention only a single elevator and the lack of help the over work clerk could have used. The one thing that bothers me the most is having to wait so long for a room, having to journey around the building several times to bring our possessions and our travel agency says mgmt will not communicate with them. "
