"Great breakfast and staff!!!"

"They are horrible surfaces, The pools need to be resurfaced. The towels weren't available, was told "we are working on it," this was the response for hours and hours. The employee was to work on the slide was told "he didn't come in" and when asked and they said "don't have the key to open the slide, No Manager to get the key out of the safe". Finally opened the slide, it was a long wait for those waiting for it to open. A member couldn't get in her locker and was told there was "no manager to help her". My husband helped her to get in the locker to get her items."

"Sad there wasn't a hot tub yet the pool was fun enough for the kiddos. Snacks provided 24/7 is an extra treat as well! My whole experience was a blast and I'd definitely come back."
