Butte La Rose Hotels

"The elevator was broke the entire 5 day visit. Advertised breakfast but only coffee was available. Snack machine was empty the entire 5 days! Was a no smoking hotel supposedly but it stunk of smoke in hallways and the room itself. I reserved 2 queen beds and got two double beds Had to ask for more towels for our 3rd registered guest on day one…..had to try 3x to get those as no one was available at the front desk and no button available to ring for service No manager name or number on walls to mention The pool was the most disgusting shade of green/black cesspool. Side door was propped open several times with a sign that said not to prop open the door. The smoke alarm went off at 3AM in our room and we don’t smoke and weren’t anywhere near smoke or smokers Party in the parking lot by the pool on our 3rd night We spent so much time trying to maneuver the tv remote without success. After 15 minutes it brought up a screen we couldn’t move the remote to cancel out of This place is not some place I would recommend or stay at ever again "

"No front desks after hours, beds uncomfortable, yelling and screaming people running the halls at 4am. Must have key to enter building unless back door is cracked open. Staff friendly "

"Walmart being close was nice, the air blew but wasn’t cold enough for my liking and the outlets when you plugged things in they would fall out of the wall. Our bedding had holes in them but the staff was extremely nice and helpful"
