"Nice"

"The hotel restaurant food was very tasty and the rooms were clean and well maintained. However we asked to have the room cleaned twice while we were there and to have our linen changed and it did not happen during our stay. Also had to beg for clean towels/washcloths and was told one night that they were out of towels and we would have to wait until the morning time, second night towels were being washed and we had to wait for someone to bring them up to room. By time someone came it was after midnight and we were sleep."

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the B&O American Brasserie was great, especially the challah bread French toast. I will definitely be back soon!"
