"This hotel was a perfect location right on a beautiful beach. We first had a room on the “nautical themed” side. This side is a lot older and run down feeling than the other more renovated side. Low score is because the room could do with refurbishing, was cramped and most importantly, the bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress sagged in the middle. My wife woke up with a sore back. "This is a great option if you are in town for hiking, especially if you don't speak Spanish. The guy who works the front desk is super personable and will help with hiking routes, restaurants, whatever you need, and he is also a wonderful host - very friendly, very charismatic.
