"Upon arriving at the reception it was quite busy and we had to wait awhile to be served. The staff member was ok and talked us through some information.
we had a one bedroom apartment which was situated on the first floor. Our view was looking into the carpark and not the swimming pool/garden area. when we asked a staff member if it was possible to change our room to the swimming pool/garden area we were told quite abruptly no and we should of requested a room with that view when we booked, we did explain that we did not realise that we had to.
the apartment was quite clean and tidy but very dated, there was rust around the shower cubicle and a kitchen door hanging off its hinges. we opened our bedroom window only for the winder to break and when we pulled back the blind one section came off. we did report this and a maintenance man came and fixed it for us.
I can not comment on any of the facilities, such as breakfast or dining experiences as we chose not to use any.
We found this resort very underwhelming which was a shame."
"Amazing property and lived up to what was promised. We stayed at the end of January and the region was quietened down a bit from the holiday rush. The unit was immaculate. Booking through Expedia meant that we got a very good deal. We were 'upgraded' on arrival and I felt under pressure t be effusively grateful. What was going though my mind was that the original property I booked thinking it was on one level whereas the upgraded apartment had an internal staircase. I was thinking in my mind whether accessibility would make a difference. It was a bit disappointing that I wasn't given the chance to think on this. The change to apartment type may have been more a convenience to the property than to me personally! Perhaps at a property at this high end, the offer of an 'upgrade' could be a bit more sensitively handled as that, an 'offer' not a done deal. (As it turns out, the apartment's internal staircase was very well designed and easy to navigate)."
"The staff at reception were lovely. The rooms are basic but nice ( walls are a little thin so you can hear next door). Location was great, amenities good and location to beach was awesome "
