"This was a great hotel. We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you, Lisa!) and helped us modify a dinner reservation and get a taxi. The hotel was very clean, the buffet great and there was free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. We were not there long enough to try out the pool or the cinema, but nice to know they existed. There is a small convenience shop as well. About a block from the hotel is a bus station with service into Amsterdam. Depending upon where you want to go, it may be easier to take the shuttle to the airport and the train to Centraal Station. I would definitely stay there again."

"I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Everything was clean and quiet, and for under 100 dollars the value was amazing. I did not see a washer and dryer inside the apartment, but if the building has them somewhere then I truly have nothing to complain about. Getting into Amsterdam was simple. An Uber to the center was about 30 euros which felt reasonable for the convenience. Overall it was a great stay, excellent value, and I would happily book here again."
