"We stayed at the Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai for a week.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Asad. He took our luggage to our room after checking in. The room was not the one we had booked so Asad went back to reception to sort this out. He returned promptly and then took us and our luggage to our new room.
Our room was beautifully clean and kept that way by Mahmood who also surprised us with different sculptures made from towels each day.
The next morning we went to breakfast, the breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and delicious. This in its self would have been more than adequate but the breakfast experience was further enhanced by the friendly and courteous staff. I particularly would like to thank Ijaz, Dorothy, Yoon, Aravind and Mohammed. You made us feel so welcome with the friendly, fantastic service you provided. It was second to none, you are a real credit to the hotel.
We also would like to thank the Valet team who took care of my Daughters car, I am
sure they get forgotten but help to keep things running smoothly.
To sum up we had a very memorable and very special stay at the Al Habtoor Palace
and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel."
