"I want to emphasize that the guest service at this hotel is excellent; you feel very comfortable right from the start. Unfortunately, the guest service declined considerably towards the end, especially at reception, which I found disappointing. The restaurant was always good, and the pool area, in particular, was very pleasant with Glen, who is passionate and friendly. The rooms were always very clean, which I greatly appreciate and is a really important criterion. The staff always had a smile, which made me smile too, and I enjoyed returning in the evenings. The hotel is highly recommended. The rooms are large, although I think it's a shame that the bathroom area with the bathtub is so large; I would have preferred a larger living area. But the warmth and hospitality here at this hotel make you want to come back again and again—absolutely top-notch. On the negative side, I noticed that people were smoking everywhere in the pool area, which I didn't appreciate. Furthermore, the young European couples were mostly kissing, and I noticed that this seemed uncomfortable and unpleasant, especially among the Arab families, particularly the women. The last thing I'd say is that the noise from the pool side or street is normal due to the cars rumbling by; it's just bad luck. However, what I can't accept is that room 1901 was constantly visited by both internal and external staff, who then played loud music, listened to loud messages, had loud phone calls, or watched loud videos.
