"The physical geography of the property is not the same as on the advertisement.As a result the uber trip end ap being over 40 km and became grossly expensive.The Uber driver got lost and couldn’t find the place. Once we were there they demanded us to pay for using the kitchen table and stove. The staff wanted us to pay extra cash beside the booking fees paid online. "I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."
