"Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "

"Absolutely amazing! We and outer two kids stayed at Edwin's Lodge , and had a lovely time! Room is beautiful, fresh and clean. Edwin gave us an service beyond anything we could have expected. "Michael was a top-notch host who greeted me warmly on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed for my comfort, and was a terrific conversationalist. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and even brought me a brown-bag breakfast at 4 am before my morning wildlife tour. The dinner was excellent. And the room was so nice that I didn't even want to leave. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Full marks all around! "

"My and my family stayed at Kruger Kumba for 2 nights in early Jan , needless to say it was quite hot - 37 degrees . The property over all is good but there were some issues which i would specify : 1) There is only one air conditioner in the lounge which is not sufficient for the rooms on a hot day ( even after keeping all windows and doors closed) 2) The Braai equipment was not cleaned and gave an ick , Requesting the owner to address this kindly 3) There were no basic toiletries provided - Shampoo / shower gel . Please make sure you get your own stuff . 4) The floor is wooden hence makes quite some noise when one walks , you would need to walk slowly to make sure others don't get disturbed . "
