I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. "It was my first time visiting Busan and was surprised how small the room was, but it had all the necessary amenities in the room. Nothing was missing and my wife and I stayed two nights comfortably. The room was very clean and organized and the front desk staff were very friendly. Also, you can drop off your luggage before your check-in time so that you can walk around the city freely. Did I mention the breakfast that is included with the room? It is amazing with good variety of meats and veggies Korean style. We have absolutely loved this hotel and if I travel to Korea again, I will definitely stay at their hotels more often."
