"A hotel of this caliber, and don’t get me wrong, it is a very fine hotel, really needs staff that speak a second language. Many speak some English, but barely enoug to fulfill their duties to the hotel guests"

"Absolutely terrible stay — not recommended. This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for.” The washer and dryer are just for display. When I asked to use them, I was told to go to a coin laundry instead. There were no mirrors or hangers in the room. The furniture was extremely cheap and very minimal. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was even worse — I could barely sleep. The closet design makes no sense. Unless you are over 6 ft tall, you can’t even hang your jacket properly. They advertise having a water purifier, but it wasn’t working at all. Overall, very poor experience. The room felt neglected, poorly equipped, and not worth the money. I would definitely not stay here again."
