It was in a convenient location. But the facility was very clutter and unclean for the entire 4-day stay. Staff were not paying attention upon entire to the facility. We order breakfast room service and it was disappointing for the vegetarian option.

Average Hotel, Great location!

Staff was friendly, room was clean and new…but the water (hot/cold direction) is reversed on the sink, the shower sprays all over the floor (needs a curtain), and the A/C sensor needs to be checked as the wall thermometer constantly changed which turned the A/C on and off by itself all night. All in all, the stay was fine because the location is amazing!

해운대 해변 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔의 위치가 관광에 아주 좋습니다. 방의 청소상태도 청결하고, 매일 생수 2병씩을 제공해주어 편했습니다. 주차타워에 차량을 주차하지만 관리인이 잘 응대해주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 단점이라면 화장실의 세면대 크기가 아담해서 세수할 때 물이 좀 튀기고, "뜨거움 주의"라고 표시된 욕조의 온천수 직수 수도물에서 찬물만 나와서 목욕 시 사용할 수는 없었던 점 정도입니다. 전체적으로 가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

주니어스위트 숙박했는데, 방음이 너무 안됩니다. 우리침실과 옆방 화장실이 붙어있어서, 아침을 옆방 양치소리와 함께 일어나야합니다. 수영장 물이 좀 더럽습니다. 누군가의 인스타 용이라는 말이 연상되더군요.

욕실욕조에 온천수가 나오는것이 가장 훌륭하였음. 주변에 상가와 음식점등 볼거리 맛볼거리가 많아 중고등자녀와의가족여행으로 적합한 숙소였음. 수영장의 깊이가 있어 오히려 수영하기 좋았으나 온천수라그런건지 이물질이 아주아주많았음.

フロントはキレイで1階にカフェもあります。ただし、エレベーター上がったらすでにカビ臭く 室内も寝具もカビ臭い。エアコンが効きすぎる。部屋は広いけどジメッとしている。 ソファーが汚れていて座れず最悪…。 冷蔵庫が大きいのは助かります。 海が近いし、食べるところが多く立地は良い。

침구에서 꼬랑내가 너무심합니다

전체적으로는 괜찮았어요... 직원분들 친절하시고 가성비적으로도 괜찮아요 그리고 위치가 해변가라서 뷰도 좋고 근처 음식점도 많고 좋았어요 근데 근복적인 문제가 있어요 이건 정말 기본적인건데 이기본이 안되어 있으니 좋다는 말을하기가 그렇네요 침구에서 개꼬랑내가 나요 쉰옷 안 말린 냄새 숙박시설에 잠을 자는게 기본인데 이게 안되니 다른게 다좋아도 좋다고 할수가 없어요 정말이지 숙박시설 다니면서 이런냄새 나는곳은 첨인지라 어떻게 평가를해야할지 ... 침구 부분말고는 정말 괜찮았는데 너무 안타까운 부분입니다 이것때문에 밤에 잠을거의 못잤는데 아침에 얘기하니 직원분들께서 사과도 해주시고 체크아웃도1시간 늦게 해주시고 음료도 서비스3잔 주셨는데... 직원분들의 문제가 아니니 참 따지기도그랬어요 침구세탁 업체를 바꾸시든지 정말 적극 개선을 하셔야할듯합니다 이부분때문에 재방문은 힘들듯해요 하지만 나머지 부분은 다 좋았어요

Très propre et confortable. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Belle vue. Personnel agréable et efficace. Quand nous leur avons dit que la télé ne marchait pas, ils ont réglé le problème très rapidement, merci ! Seul bémol : on ne captait pas le wifi dans la chambre, heureusement nous n'en avions pas besoin

수영장 수질 - 다시 한번 생각해 보세요

해운대 인근 타 호텔대비 가성비가 좋다고 해서 방문했지만, 첫째, 옥상 수영장 수질은 반드시 개선이 필요합니다. 이물질이 둥둥 떠다니는 것은 기본이고 실수로 입에 물이 들어가면 정말 역겨운 맛이 납니다. (저희 딸은 수영 후 다리에 반점 발생 - 물론 수영장이 직접적 요인인지 아닌지는 판단이 필요함) 둘째, 방음 수준이 심각합니다. 침대방 바로 옆이 타 호실의 욕실인 것 같던데 물 트는 소리까지 다 들릴 정도 입니다. 셋째, 겨울에 방문했는데, 처음에는 객실 온도를 높여도 냉방이었음. 나중에 프론트에 연락을 하자 온도가 올라옴 (당일 프론트의 실수인지, 원래 그런 방식인지 모르겠으나 초저녁까지 우리 가족은 코트를 입고 있어야 했음) 왠만하면 이런 후기 안 남기는데, 좀 심하네요... 개선이 필요합니다.

해변도 가깝고 침대에 누워서 보는 아침 바다 덕분이 행복했어요. 코너이지만 바다가 보여서 좋았어요. 다음에도 방문하고 싶어요.
