"Absolutely gorgeous room with direct beautiful ocean views and pool views , The room was amazing with the hot tub feature and the front desk staff changed our room after a couple of calls when i complained of the smell and my allergies . The room service was excellent with a separate door without any disturbance . We weren't too happy about the restaurants since it was off-peak season and not all were open - but Tyron the Supervisor made it up for all our group by making reservations for our dinner at the Asian Hibachi restaurant and providing excellence club access plus helping my friends to surprise us with our anniversary celebrations with room decor and celebrations. It was much beyond our expectations with the service, cleanliness and attention to detail . but wish the weather was good and we could have enjoyed much more."
