"The resort is a very upscale facility. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that when I checked out and saw my bill. There was so much "nickel and diming". For example, we got an "HHI Destination Charge" of $3 for every day we stayed and the money is not the problem but what is it? We rented the beach chairs and umbrella at the shore for one day. The advertised price was $35. When I got my bill, it came to $53. Every day we had a $45 "Resort Service Charge". So even though we paid for the stay up front, we received a lot of extra charges. Just beware."

"I stayed here based on the glowing reviews from past visitors. The hotel was clean, up to date and had plenty of activities and amenities. I stayed in a very clean and spacious room. I had a descent view of the water and could even catch the evening poolside movies from my balcony. Every staff member i encountered greeted me with a smile. We had a power outage,completely out of the hotel's control, but the staff was apologeyic and considerate. They were close to all the things I wanted to do but staying at one of the hotel pools was also a perfect option. I am so glad I stayed here."
