"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."
