"The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table. "

"In general the facilities and services was very good, but there was a power outage when we checked in, so we had to use the spa and other facilities in complete darkness for over an hour."
