"Rooms were unmaintained. The old dirty stained floors and bathroom was very nasty. The staff was cordial and polite. Pools for kids nice."

"The hotel room served its purpose and was close to where we needed to be. We had a few issues trying to stream movies with the internet but most may not have issues. Small tv issue when we got there but hotel staff quickly brought brand new tv to room. Staff were super nice and helpful. Living room next to balcony didn’t stay as cool but overall no big issues with the stay."

"Everything here was great, pool, bar food, the customer service all of it. The room was okay, during our 3 night stay the cleaners didn't come in and vacuum or clean our room they only left new towels. I would of wanted new sheets and cleaned floors during our stay but thats the only thing that we would of changed."

"I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with the experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke, the bed did not seem clean, and I even saw a cockroach. The door lock did not feel secure, and there was constant noise from doors and shutters throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. Parking was also inconvenient and poorly managed, adding to the frustration. Since I was only staying one night, I did not complain, but I would not stay here again. The only positives are the beachfront location and the affordable price. Unfortunately, those benefits do not outweigh the cleanliness, maintenance, and security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The ice machine was broken. The bathroom fixtures were all loose and filling off. The towels had stains on them. The mattress was smaller than the bed frame by almost a foot exposing the support boards underneath and my 8 year old daughter hurt herself stepping up on the bed using this exposed part of the bed."
