"Le Matisse, que je fréquente pour la 2è année consécutive est un petit hôtel calme dans une rue peu fréquentée à 2 pas du centre de Pau. La chambre est simple mais confortable et fonctionnelle. La propreté des locaux irréprochable. Seul bémol, les chambres ne sont pas, à ce jour, climatisées. Avec les épisodes de canicule qui s'acroissent, les ventilateurs fournis (par ailleurs efficaces) ne sont pas suffisants. Il faut espérer que l'établissement saura évoluer.
