Outstanding customer service—I accidentally forgot my watch in the room, and the hotel called me right away to let me know and help me retrieve it. That kind of honesty and care is rare. Highly recommend to anyone visiting NL!"

"Very poor WIFI connection in room -almost impossible to use! We requested a second comfortable chair for watching TV in evenings but never received the chair after several requests. Breakfasts were very good. Lack of staffing a subject of many delays on numerous occasions. Those who were on duty did a good job under pressure. Parking was quite adequate - no issues."

"Had my daughter’s birthday party here. we booked a king suite with a pull out couch. The place was great, pool was good, at some points the girls had to get out of the pool because of the chemical smell hurting their eyes. Air conditioning in the room was in the bedroom part so when you close lid the door, the living room area was extremely warm. But staff were amazing, room did exactly what I needed it for, pool and gym made the girls happy. So no major complaints. Would book again."
