"The hotel staff was great. They did not do room service during our stay, but did give us what we asked for. The lighting was poor in the bedroom, however, it was hard to sleep at night. We didn't sleep for the whole week because it was so noisy. The other boarders kept going up and down the stairs, slamming doors, and talking or arguing rigt outside our window. It didn't help that our room was right under the stairs. Unfortunately, we had to have a bottom floor room due to knee problems and all...
