"Everything is good , the room was very dusty and the had feathers i got really bad allergies"

"Initially my stay was amazing. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was spotless and well equipped. I would have given my stay 5 stars on all if that was where it ended. Around 11 at night was woken up to a lot of noise from the room above mine, and the sound of water seeping through the ceiling. I informed the front desk that water was seeping out from around the lights in the ceiling, and running down the walls. I was told someone would come to my room right away. After midnight no one had come and water was still leaking in the bathroom and main part of the room. I called the front desk multiple times without getting an answer. When I did get through the man at the desk argued with me that there was no need to come to my room, as they had sorted the leak in the room above mine already. I informed them that water was still dripping non stop in my room. They did come down to my room, told me it was a leak from the toilet in the room above (great toilet water everywhere), tossed a small towel on one of the puddles and went to leave. I said the noise is keeping me up, the room has water still dripping from electrical sockets. I was dismissed, and patronisingly told "you can sleep" and they walked out. Water did not stop dripping till well after 2 AM. Keeping me up most of the night. In the morning I asked to speak to a manager. The cost of my room was refunded in the end, but it was a struggle. Great stay as long as no problems a"

"It took me 15min to finally get through the line to get the shuttle after I arrived at the airport. Very short staffed. Room was not very clean. Will Not recommend. "

"Decent hotel with nce staff, location is not the best. The most frustrating part was the room we were assigned. It was a partly underground space, with a pointless windows looking into the wall with small windows, the issue is obviously air circulation as its in fact a window less room with no air intake. Should take these rooms out of circulation since paying $504 for a 3 might stay in a dungeon is unacceptable."
