The staff (especially valet) were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was very lovely and we loved the shower. We enjoyed the pool very much, however the hot tub could have been hotter. The Wine Merchant attached to the hotel was very nice, and the gentleman assisting us was extremely helpful and personable. Overall a very pleasant stay.
