"Check in was poor. We were one of three parties left waiting with no front desk person in sight...we sent out search parties and found her on an 'employee only' room chatting. Location is great. Pool is still 'under repair' and I suspect will remain that way indefinitely. We've stayed there many times, and it's always 'under repair'. Rooms are ok, but a/c is noisy, plumbing is noisy, and our pillows were lost causes."

"We stayed 4 nights, visiting Boston and surrounding area. The 2 room King suite was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, 2 full bathrooms & kitchenette. No in-room safe, which I thought was a standard hotel thing, and wouldn't have looked for in the room description - unless we just didn't find it lol. Pool area was great - quiet, lots of chairs & loungers. Only complaint - hours seemed very short, given there was no lifeguard on duty. 10am - 8pm, when presumably, a lot of guests are...
