"Staff refused that I pay a premium to take the room earlier than 3:00 PM saying there was a lot of cleaning to do, however when I did take the room at 3:00 PM, the room had dust all over the furniture. Someone knocked on the door of the room with hard fists in the evening."

"Clean and pleasant rooms. Got early check in and late check out which was appreciated. Noisy neighbors on both nights of our stay unfortunately, walls are not very thick. "

"The rooms were huge, but there were no products stocked and we had to call and ask for shampoo/soaps upon arrival. I love the robes that are put in the room. Other downside is that the wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Only upset was that the lodge staff and the cafe staff were not friendly at all. The girls that were working the desk at check in were incredibly rude. They would rather be on their phones or talk about how they weren’t paid enough/something regarding pay. Nobody ever acknowledged us when we walked in or needed anything…. incredibly upsetting as we were so excited to celebrate our honeymoon here. Not worth the price point even if you get a good deal on Expedia. Really hoped for a great weekend. "

"The pool was very enjoyable and so was the fitness room. My teen son and I had a suite with a king size bed and pull out sofa. The jacuzzi tub was amazing, but the walk in shower and the water pressure were what I enjoyed in our room the most."
