"The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...
"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub.
The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there.

"Despite booking in advance was rung at 12 midday after driving 5 hours to be told we had no rooms, they had double booked! Ended up spending 3 hours on phone trying to find another hotel which ended up being an hour away from where we needed to be.
