"We had an advanced reservation and when we arrived there was no one there, all the doors were locked and empty parking. There were no other rooms available in the area. Hotels.com had it at the top of their list and highly recommended. Very unhappy!!"

"Not a place for mature people. When I inquired about coffee machine, glasses, microwave, ice bucket/glasses, employee offered no help. Stated TRU is a minimalist hotel. Said website said that. Nothing found in advertising saying that. Breakfast poor. More suitable for teens and very young adults. ..."
