"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was excellent. The service was top-notch and most of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces – they truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. However, I must point out a disappointing experience with one staff member, Erwin. Unfortunately, his attitude stood out in contrast to the otherwise outstanding team. When I arrived with four large suitcases in my car, I asked if I could briefly park outside the hotel just to unload my luggage. Erwin firmly refused and told me I had to park in the basement of the building across the street, which has no lift. I had to drag all four bags up a slope and across to the hotel myself. What made it worse was that when I entered the lobby clearly struggling, he saw me but made no effort to assist. Additionally, during check-in, Erwin failed to mention that items in the minibar were complimentary, which I found out later. It felt as though he was intentionally withholding that information, which left a negative impression. Aside from this, the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable. The other staff members were amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a shame that one individual’s behavior affected an otherwise perfect stay. "

"I arrived in Zurich during a heat wave and my only search criteria for a room was air conditioning. The Stoller had best AC I’ve found in Switzerland so far. I even had to raise temperature a little. The room itself was excellent. It was clean and well laid out. The room included complementary access to the mini bar - something you don’t see too often. "
