"The rooftop pool area was wonderful and the rooms were nicely kept and had good amenities.
Very poor customer service and communication. There is no reception or front desk- all online system. Our washing machine broke on day 1 of our stay ( and we had purposefully booked an hotel with a washing machine as we needed it) and despite communicating via hotels.com and informing cleaning staff daily no one came to fix or even look at the washer.
BBQ area was lovely however we could not use this because you needed an extra key providing to unlock the BBQ, again we communicated with the hotel through Hotels.com however no one replied with how to access the BBQ, it was only another resident informed us of needing a key. This meant for the whole week we could not access those facilities. "
