Everything is clean and the location is central to the main street in Vernazza. If you have bad knees or are not a hiker, I don't recommend this place. The kitchen/food prep space can only accommodate 1 person max! If you have 4 people staying, there is no "common area" inside unless you want to be amongst your friends belongings.
