"Unprofessional staff do not help the hotel guests at all. The location is very far and it is very difficult and expensive to get there. My room was opened for cleaning but the bathroom and toilet were completely dirty. Even one star is too much. Very disappointing"

"The hotel is in a great spot, just a quick 10-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. It’s not the newest place, but the cleaning staff really do a great job keeping things tidy.
