"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. "The centre of Louvain la Neuve (“LLN”) is built around the university campus and this hotel stands prominently on one side of the central square. It is close to the shopping malls and about five minutes’ walk from the railway station with direct services to Brussels. The hotel itself is modern with all the facilities one would expect from one catering very much for business people. The reception area is spacious and the receptionists speak hood English. The rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds and superb shower rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. My wife and I were so pleased we have booked to return in the spring. "
