"Handy spot, nice restaurant and friendly helpful staff "

"This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint was that we were told we had to go down to the local cafe for breakfast. A breakfast which we had pre booked online. We were given a a voucher for this and told they were not operating on that day for breakfast in the hotel. The cafe was not too far away, but required a set of steps to get up to there which was painful for my knees and the breakfast while adequate was not served up in a particularly nice setting and was certainly not up to the standard of a five star cafe. It should be made clear on their site that in certain days the restaurant is closed, so that patrons have the option of going to a cafe of their own choice for breakfast. "

"We paid extra for a "premium ensuite room" but were very disappointed with what we got. The room was tiny and didnt even have a chair or television. We didnt even stay the night and checked out not long after checking in."

"Great place to stay for a few nights, we loved how big and spacious the room was and the large bathroom with nice big bath. The location is superb - right in the heart of Bowral town village, everything is at your doorstep."

"Freezing ng when we arrived, so most important to note that the heater worked well! Parking right outside door of our room. Short drive to lots of restaurant options. Room was spacious with sparkling white linen and a good hot shower. Our room had a microwave which my husband found handy to reheat our Thai takeaway leftovers the next day!!!"
