Not that bad
"Thanks to the receptionist's attitude everything took off well. It is hard to imagine that a hotel built in 2006 has rooms with no sound insulation. You could hear your neighbour whenever you desired so."

Vergonzoso y sucio
"Reservé un tipo de habitación y nos dieron otra muy inferior a la contratada, con una ventana en el techo, donde se podía ver la montaña a través del reflejo en el espejo ,o suviendose en la cama, habitación sucia y deteriorada, polvo, pelusas, moho, manchas... Al estar abuardillada, no podiamos ..."
