"The road to the facility is horrible, the facility is noisy, especially in the morning hours, the staff is rude, breakfast had spoiled ingredients, and I was charged for items I did not consume."

Superb setting, tough access road
"The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit).
