"We did not have AC the entire stay. The room was unpleasant because of the heat. We weren't able to enjoy our city view because we had to keep the curtains close to try and keep the room from not being hot"

"My stay at the Hyatt Regency was great! I didn’t have to wait for a room. The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite good with a good selection of food items "

"My phone didn't work in the room. The ice machine was broken on the floor I was on. There were not enough towels per night. I had to call every day from my cell phone for the 3 days I stayed requesting towels. The best thing about this day was the cookies."

"Incredible customer service. Just real, nice people. Restaurant was really good too. Rooms were modern and large and clean, with a big stand up desk which I thought was unique. More importantly, very comfy bed and malin+goetz toiletries. Was great."

"The hotel quality was fine, but it’s not going to be good in the long run for this hotel. The man checking us in was the rudest individual I have had contact with at a hotel when we encountered an issue. Upon entering the room, we didn’t have enough towels, sheets for pull out, or toilet paper. We were able to get sheets and towels ourselves from the desk, but toilet paper took two calls and over an hour to get. This problem persisted into our second night along with no hot water for hours. It wasn’t awful, but not the quality I would expect from this chain of hotels in a business district."
