"The hotel is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the airport. The area is called mall of georgia in buford. Very good location. A lot of restaurants and stores within 5 to 15 minutes from the hotel. Very nice."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a horrible odor as soon as we walked in, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There were old spiders/spider webs on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this hotel clearly lacks proper maintenance and housekeeping standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made."

"Well for starts there’s no water in the pool. No breakfast free or not, there’s a vending machine. The ice machines were broke and u had to scoop ur own ice out of a cooler that any and everyone could open and scoop with no gloves or hand washing station. Definitely not newly renovated. There were holes in the carpet and stains galore. (I have pics). The end all was my bathroom was dirty. I checked in went to get dinner came back to take a shower and go to bed. Only to find the bathroom dirty. I spoke with the front desk who told me she would give me a call in 5 mins. A hour and 30mins later I received a call saying all cleaning staff was gone and that she could offer me. 20% discount. I refused to accept that so I was put thru to the manager. He also offered a 20% discount. Again I refused so he offered to let my family and I use a room “under construction “ to shower at 10p. By now my family is sleep so I say no. He offers to send some one at 9a to clean it & a 25% discount. Again unacceptable! At this point I’m tired and aggravated so I tell him we can talk about in the morning. 9a no one shows up to clean so I clean it myself and go to the front desk to speak with the manager “Hem” who’s nowhere to be found but left a note to take 20% of my room. I’m definitely not satisfied and feel as tho I was scammed!"

"We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as pet friendly. After flying over 22 hours back to the U.S. with our dachshund, we arrived exhausted, only to find that the faucet in our first room was grossly clogged and unusable. We had to switch rooms immediately. While sorting everything out, I realized our dog may not have been properly registered through Expedia. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the front desk employee looked at me with a very rude attitude and said, “If your dog is loud, we will KICK YOU OUT.” There are many professional ways to communicate hotel policies, and that was not one of them. What made it even more upsetting was that throughout the entire interaction, our dachshund was sitting quietly by my feet, causing absolutely no issues. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially toward travelers who have just completed such a long and stressful journey"
