Despite being so close to conveniences, the area still felt calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. Customer service was great throughout—everyone was helpful and professional, making sure guests had everything they needed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel handled the busy pageant weekend with ease. I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Ravinia to anyone attending an event in the area or just looking for a safe, well-located place to stay in Atlanta.
