"Everything was great except for check-in. I used expedia to book 2 rooms. Of course when u book they want the name of that person. So at checkin I had one room, so she said. I knew I had booked 2 but didn't argue and paid almost $200 for another room. Always tell them the name of the other person. I usually do but I was so tired all I wanted to do was go to my room. And she didn't ask like mist other hotels have done. Can't book both rooms under one name. Otherwise it was a great hotel to stay at. Beds were a little softer than I like but other than that it was great 👍"

"Loved the dimming switch in the bathroom...I'm all about the lighting in places, it was awesome! Shower was amazing as well, and not to mention the view and electric curtains!"

"We usually stay at generic corporate hotels, but it was cool to try out Hotel Donaldson. It's an older property that has been refurbished to be a boutique hotel. We liked the original artwork in the rooms (each room has a featured artist), the wine and cheese at 5pm, and the pastries and coffee in the morning. The rooftop bar was closed when we were there -- it would have been nice to have access to the roof to see the view. The location is great, right downtown and within walking of many bars and restaurants."

"Easy and fast check in. Requests were honored and met quickly. Rooms were quiet and clean with most things we needed (conditioner container in shower was empty- but not a big deal for us). Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Outdoor seating and fire rings were nice, our room had a balcony which we hadn’t expected and loved! Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Great location. Would stay again."
