"Still could improve on the breakfast"

"The staff were wonderful--so friendly and accommodating!--and the room was great: very clean, tidy. *There were no cups in the room, so I had to go downstairs and wander a bit before finding a water dispenser with some cups on top. *No coffee maker, which isn't a huge deal, but still strange--the coffee at the breakfast bar was very good. *My room smelled good! But the front lobby and back (drab, industrial gray) stairway up to my room did NOT. The smell was real funky and didn't exude the message of "clean" or "inviting." BUT THE ROOM WAS GREAT."

"Location is convenient. There is quite a bit of nearby road noise, but not more than expected due to its location. The bed was very comfortable, although, three pillows to a king sized bed is questionable in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. The floors could use an extra sweep. The bathtub/shower stall in my room needs replaced—it’s clear it’s been repaired several times, but the water was hot and the pressure was good. Parking is available right outside the room which made loading and unloading and security nice. The front desk staff was friendly and fast. I do have some concerns about overall security though. My room key stopped working mid-stay and it was replaced without any personal verification (didn’t ask my name or for ID, just made a new key on request.) I’d stay again. I didn’t expect any more than I got for the price. While there are some quirks, it’s an affordable, clean-enough, location. "

"The pool was open but freezing cold. The last time we stayed there in November 2025, the pool was closed. The pool was the only reason we booked the hotel. Will not be staying here again!!"

"Outdated and walls thin. Could smell the weed from the neighbors and staff allowed teenagers to literally run around until two am hooting and hollering. Not enough pillows for two people on the king bed. And pillows were super flat. "
